Are you placing an order with multiple items, one of which is not immediately in stock? Then we will ship your parcel as soon as your order is complete. Are you ordering at the weekend? Then we will process your order on the next working day.

WHAT COURIER WILL MY PACKAGE BE SHIPPED WITH?

Our parcels are shipped by our shipping partner ‘Tour de Ville’ (TDV). Orders are delivered by PostNL or DHL. Do you live in Eindhoven, Breda, Helmond, Tilburg, or the surrounding area? Then your parcel will be delivered to your home in an environmentally friendly manner by a TDV bicycle courier. More information about Tour de Ville can be found here.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN A JEWELZ STORE?

Living near our store? Great! The delivery time for this option is on average 2 hours on working days (if the product is in stock). During the ordering process, select the option “collect from our shop in Eindhoven” for delivery. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.

CAN I STILL CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, it is possible to change the delivery address of your order before 3 p.m. Please contact our customer service by e-mail or telephone.

* We cannot exclude delay of delivery at PostNL. Orders shipped to Belgium are mostly delivered the next day. If an order does not arrive, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation with our courier PostNL. For the most up-to-date information about the delivery status of your international package, we refer you to this website at PostNL.

** Import duties and taxes: All prices include 21% VAT. Shipping outside the EU will expire the Dutch VAT. This means, that If you live outside of the EU, it is possible that your order is subject to local VAT and / or (import) taxes. Unfortunately, these costs are for your own account. Due to complicated regulations and unknown tariffs, we are unable to calculate these additional costs, and, as a consequence, charge you for them in advance. When an order is not accepted, additional shipping costs, import duties and return costs are also for your own account.
