Our items are extensively checked and monitored for quality. But of course it can always happen that something goes wrong with your purchase, that is annoying but we are going to help you to have the item repaired as soon as possible.
The warranties on our branded products are always executed by the supplier. Warranties offered do not affect the consumer's legal rights regarding warranty and conformity. The manufacturer's warranty does not limit the legal warranty and is only an additional service.
The warranty period of an article is always mentioned in the product description. The following parts not qualify for repair under warranty, please keep this in mind;
- Battery (warranty up to 12 months after purchase)
- Broken glass
- Discoloration (warranty up to 3 months after purchase)
- Broken chain or bracelet
- Loose stones
- Loss or theft

The warranty of the item expires if:
- The article itself is opened by you or a third party.
- In case of improper use
- In case of water damage (waterproof watches are excluded)
When you replace a battery of a watch yourself it can no longer be waterproof. We therefore strongly recommend that you do not repair your watch yourself.
The products of Jewelz is the legal warranty. This means that the product meets the requirements that you may reasonably expect and should not contain any defects that are not to be expected during the expected lifetime under normal use. If a defect nevertheless occurs Jewelz will repair the defect free of charge for you, or - at the discretion of Jewelz - provide you with a free replacement. Condition is that the defect is not attributable to you and that you send Jewelz a legible copy of the receipt. In addition, you need to inform Jewelz promptly after discovering the defect. If you do not wait longer than 2 months, Jewelz has the right to reject your complaint and you have no right to repair the defect, replacement of the product or reimbursement of costs.
