Jewelz offers you the lowest price guarantee on all products on our website. Yet it can happen that a product on another website cheaper than we offer. Have you seen a product somewhere cheaper? Please let us know. Then we will offer you the product for the same price and with an even better service. There are a few simple conditions attached to this....

• The webshop where the product is offered must be located in the Netherlands and have one or more physical stores.
• The webshop where the product is offered must be an official Dutch dealer of the brand. (Purchases through intermediary partners such as Amazon and Bol.com are therefore excluded).
• You must be able to send us a link or an image showing that it is actually available to everyone for a cheaper price. Individual negotiations or price agreements are not valid.
• The item must be immediately available from stock at the other supplier and at Jewelz.
• The item must be identical to the item at Jewelz webshop. This means we include composition, size and color of the item.
• You can only make one claim per order to the lowest price guarantee.
• Items offered as special offers, bankruptcy sales, wholesale sales, demo models, showroom models or items with smoke and / or water damage are excluded from the lowest price guarantee.
• Have you used an (individual) discount code with the other provider? Then the lowest price guarantee does not apply.
